Our church has given the option of a fast. I have chosen starting tomorrow to complete a 21 day Daniel Fast.
I am hoping to be able to maintain my ability to work out 45 mins for four days a week. If I find it getting difficult I do have plans to take it down to 30 mins for five days a week.
Please join me in this endeavor. I will be posting everyday a scripture or food for thought.
