Alright after last week being such a damn bust, with going back to work and all, I have devised a plan!! YAY ME! :drinker:
Actually, hubby and I have devised a plan. Though its not ideal, it seems doable.
1) I'm going to scratch my 2 mile morning runs. I MAY still run them on the weekends, not sure yet.
2) MWF- hubby and I will get up at 5 am and do the Run a 5k program. When finished we will continue on with Run a 10k. This is why I'm giving up my 2 milers. We are up to a little over a mile (in intervals still).
3) T-TH and weekends- EVENINGS we will do the 30 day shred.
Yes we will progress slowly through the shred, but its doable for me with school starting up again plus my daughter in cheer and whatever else comes up with after school activities. I'm disappointed we have to do every other day of the shred, but life happens plus we won't be quite as tired doing it this way

Sounds like a great plan! Sometimes you just need to sit back and look at the bigger picture to get resolutions! Glad you found yours!0

that sounds like a great plan and totally doable. how awesome that your HB is on board too! i am also concerned with the back to work/kids back to school and activities that is going to hit me in a couple weeks. ive been doing the 30DS in the morning and if i want to continue that when i go back to work i will have to get up VERY early. im glad to see you came up with a good plan. helps me think ahead that i will be able to as well0

That is my problem, I didn't plan ahead. Yea, 6:15am was great, but I have to get up at 5am to do daily runs and I'm not that much of a morning person!! If hubby wasn't making me get up MWF I guarantee you I would be in bed til I HAD to get up!! I hate not doing the shred daily, but I'm hoping in time we can get to it daily. I love teaching but time management is an issue because as you know, it's not a 9-5 job. Ever. :-)
Good luck with your planning!!!0 -
Good thing to map it out, and great that he is supporting you
I am trying some things out this week (work days before students return) to see what I can handle, so we shall see!

Sounds good!!! I was exhausted last week after work days! I got lazy over the summer0
