No More Pushups! 8/19

And I'm speaking of both the exercise and the bras.
For all the females here, chest exercises, like military pushups, give you an excellent boob lift for the small, small price of a little sweat equity. And guys, want to get rid of the man boobs? Work on your pecs. Don't get me wrong, push ups are a great exercise, but they can get pretty tedious. But we're not going to do pushups today. We're going to do something only slightly different. They're like push ups on your back. Today is bench press day. There must be a dozen different ways you can do bench presses. Here are the main ones:
Barbell Bench Press -

No bench presses yesterday, it was Combat day so at the end we did scorpion pushups and scorpion planks. Weights are Thursday0
