*F2F GUIDELINES AND WEIGH-IN FORMAT*

The guidelines for our group are:

1) We welcome any and all suggestions! This is OUR GROUP! If it is criticism, just be constructive. ;)

2) Be kind. We are here to motivate and support one another, NOT to judge or mock! Be sure your posts and comments are positive and supportive. Pause before you hit the "post" button. Feel free to share your struggles or give someone a gentle push in the right direction, in kindness and good humor. If you see any posts that go against the MFP Community Guidelines (https://www.myfitnesspal.com/community-guidelines), please report them immediately to your team Captain or any of the Moderators by private message.

3) Be an active member of your team! Check in frequently. Without your participation we would have a dull, boring group :grimace: Try to comment daily or at least every few days. Support others, and look for support and accountability. You will have more chance for success if you do, and that is the reason you are here. :smiley:

4) Full group Challenges. We have fun challenges going on always! You can choose whether or not to participate, but the more you join in, the more likely you are to lose weight and stay motivated, learn new things, and connect with others!

5) Weekly weigh-ins for accountability. We all go on vacation, or travel from time to time, so if you cannot weigh in on time, please let your Captain or a Moderator know! A challenger missing 2 weigh-ins (NWI) for the month will be placed in the Suport Team or dropped from the team if they do not post at all. 2 late weigh-ins (LWI) will count as 1 non weigh-in (NWI). If you need a break or hit maintenance, join the Support Team on purpose! Just ask your Captain. Post your Weekly Weigh-Ins in your team thread.

6) Weigh-in Format. Post your weigh-in at the top of the message as below so your captains can easily find it:

[/i]Weigh in day: (The day you weigh in each week. Sun - Sat)
Previous Weight (PW): (The last weight you entered - if you remember it!)
Today's (Current) Weight (CW): (Your weight on your chosen weigh in day)

If you leave out everything but the day's weight, it is still OK - but be sure it is at the top of your message, or is the only thing in the message.
