Your coaches at your local crossfit box. If you are doing crossfit style workouts outside of a affiliated gym, Crossfit.com has a lot of resources regarding technique.0

This, there are a lot of resources online, some of which are horrible, but nothing will be better than in person training with a competent coach. Also focus on the form, don't let ego cause you to have a bad experience.0 -
I agree.
I've watched hundreds of videos on various lifts. Nothing supplants having an actual coach watching and critiquing you.0
