So I'll be finishing my on ramp classes the end of this month, and then I'll be out of town for 2 weeks for work. Any suggestions on how to maintain the level of fitness I've developed during the on ramp over the 2 weeks I'm gone? There is no gym available to me the first week, but there might be the second week. Any suggestions would be great!!!
