I hate myself

I am morbidly obese
I need to lose 100kgs and weigh in over 180kgs, yes I know its my fault and its so embarrassing and hate myself for it.
I am female almost 40.
High BP and Thyroid. Previously had cancer.
I have only recently started for like the 3rd time in a year, I suffer with depression and mental health and have had cancer and I suffer chronic pain and nerve pain and can’t walk far at all.
Need some advice for workout and how to lose weight quickly, I am not coping anymore and enough is enough.
I have my fitness pal installed and logging foods.
I will be seeking advice from GP and Dietician.
How can I lose weight quickly enough and pain free as possible?
as I am chronic pain daily and so I am so much pain I just give up.
And eat and eat and eat because I think why bother? Not the mention I can’t afford the things I need to do this as I am low income. And have four children who depend on me.
I can’t move around much, and I want to enjoy my children and be able to get around and go out again.
I would get WL surery if I could but can’t afford it and tried to get on the public list and was refused and told to go walking. But this is when I just gave up.
I have emailed gyms to see what can be done to help me.
Anyone know any good gyms in Upper Coomera or advice to give?
What are some good snack foods? How many calories a day should I be intaking?
No Hate Please I already hate me enough.

I can understand and appreciate where you are in life! Two years ago I was bedbound at 540+ pounds (245 kgs) with two children to care for and could barely walk from my bed to the bathroom and back. I suffer with severe lipedema, lymphedema, thyroid problems, Celiac disease and more which made losing weight nearly impossible. I cannot speak to your exact situation, but can tell you what has worked for me. I tried counting calories and doing workouts til it hurt so bad I couldn't walk. Forgot those for a moment, they will have their place later in the journey.
Food:
I started with my foods. Look at your what you're eating. Remove all sugars and processed foods (items that come in a box) and eat real whole (organic if you can given your budget) foods. This includes fresh meats with fat (not lean), veggies (avoid starchy ones), very limited fruit (contains natural sugars), healthy oils (olive, coconut, avocado not seed oils or canola), and minimal snacks (hard cheese snacks, limited nuts, pickles, olives). Sugars and processed foods are a major source of inflammation and will cause body-wide pain. I am off all pain meds now since changing my way of eating! I do not count calories but watch my macro-nutrient counts. I do a low carb (under 50 g per day), high fat, moderate protein diet and have been able to lose 120+ pounds so far. I am not starving and am feeling so much better.
Exercise:
Incorporate some exercise. Don't push yourself, start slow. I worked at building my core muscles (abdominal) so that I could properly support my frame. I use canes and walkers to try and walk as much as possible. I can now walk the length of my house without support! It is a great start and keep building from there. Swim if you can. Go slow but be consistent.
WL surgery will not help unless you change your relationship to food.
Lifestyle:
I too am on a low income budget. I spend a tiny bit more on good quality food and save a lot on not buying junk food for anyone in the house. My kids eat what I do and are much healthier for it. They have also learned more about nutrition so they are well equipped to manage their future families. It is a great positive thing you can for yourself and to help prepare for their journey with food. It is not easy making changes, but they are necessary if you (and I) want a good quality of life! I refuse to let these diseases and conditions rob me of time with my kids and doing the things I enjoy in life. I am committed to getting everything I lost back and more! I am hoping what has worked on my journey so far can help you get started on your way back to a great life too!
Wishing you all the best on your journey!!2
