65 minutes on the elliptical. Then 30 minutes or so on the weights. Got to keep pushing, sacrificing to reach my goals. Work hard and stay strong for there is light at the end of the tunnel. Work harder than everyone else. Work your butt off, chase your dreams and never ever give up no matter what.
