Today I did an Orangetheory 60 minute workout. They have a 8 week transformational challenge going on there starting tomorrow that I joined. I weighed in at 157. My goal is to loose 20 lbs going to 137 lbs in 8 weeks. I am going to:
1. exercise 7 hours a week
2. drink only water
3. eat 95% clean and track it here0 -
I am slowly introducing exercise as I have osteoarthritis in my spine, sciatic, feet and hands. Learning to stretch without hurting myself, I lift weights and also walk as much as possible. my starting weight is 238 lbs my goal is to loose 12 lbs by April--Dr. ordered.
1. Exercise 3 times a week
2. Track food and exercise
3. Drink 6 water daily
4. Make smarter choices0
