Side effects from starting medication yesterday. Did not sleep well. Concentration varied between foggy and sleepy. Also queasy most of the day but still ate out of necessity. Well inside budget as unable to eat much.
Early bed time tonight.
Hopefully tomorrow is a better day.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Nope, I have a respiratory virus with fever (but I'm better than I was in the morning -- plus it was wonderful to stay home from work).
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No, had a McDonald's Coke, which made me feel better (I have one every few years), but put me over 117 calories

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Forr an hour at least on my under desk treadmill. I stopped trx as I could hardly walk afterwards due to my weak knee. Going for an MRI in 3wks.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, I work with kids and am basically on my feet all day so the most exercise I got was my steps while playing, walking, running with the kiddos. I have not been doing my cardio Kickboxing DVD lately which I need to get back to the routine..

Did I exercise 20 minutes today? Gawd, yes! 144 minutes between the walking I did at work, and the 70 minutes I was on VR. I’m still recovering from Sunday’s “OhShape” workout, but still put on my headset and went at it. I am legit a limp noodle right now. 🥵 Also, I’d seriously forgotten that there are muscles in our necks. Looking up while squatting with the headset on my head is working them and danged if I can’t feel every one of them tonight! 👍🏼

3x’s yes! Pilates and spin today. Dinner at my mother in law’s house, she is so thoughtful about what she cooks for us. It’s easy to estimate calories when the meal is kept simple.
I appreciate her thoughtfulness for our way of eating. I never expect others to accommodate us but I really do appreciate it when they do.5 -
