To qualify for the Winners Circle, you can have up to and including 3 Pass days. Even if you have 3 or more Pass days you may still achieve your goals. Lots of team members achieve their goals if they are consistent and persistent in developing their healthy habits.
My decision to permit 3 Pass days instead of 4 pass days was made to avoid the idea that we could have a weekly Cheat Day. Those are destructive to both maintenance or weight loss.14 -

Work day in the city at a client today. In city again tomorrow (earlier start).
Finally managed to get flowers for my wife for our anniversary. Better late than never (visited flower shop, but missed the florist on anniversary day, tried again following day and managed to place order picked up today). My wife said she did not need them on the day, but I insisted that she deserved them.
Missed walk because of fixing things round home and preparing for late night business phone conferences.
Will have to check back through my posts to see if I am still in contention for this month's circle. Still mostly keeping to plan so not overly concerned if I am not.14 -

Its my 3rd attempt to write in here. The 1st was a long post, the 2nd was a summary, both were lost, so now I'm just going to say, yes yes & yes. I'll write more tomorrow if it lets me!8

Another successful day where I packed my food (meal and snacks) for work and only took enough cash for one cup of coffee, LOL. No bank card, no other cash, no payment apps on my phone. Can't buy junk or ditch my planned food and eat out without money.8 -
All 3 done today, only just scraped in on the exercise, plenty of calories remaining, food & drinks all logged. 2/3 of the way through & feeling quite good about it all - we're getting there!8

Yes, I tracked all.
Yes, I exercised a minimum of 20 minutes.
No, I am way over my caloric allowance.
No more passes left so I am not a Winner's Circle qualifier this month.
I will say I am OK with it. I knowingly went over my calories to enjoy a seasonal favorite Paczki. They are only sold before Lent for a week or so. Back on track tomorrow.

Exercise? 157 minutes; walking, stairs and VR. Got a new game last night and didn’t realize it had different play modes, so I played regular last night and tried the “force” mode tonight, where you score higher with velocity. The controllers actually measure that. After an hour, I tried to box and I seriously couldn’t, my arms were like noodles. 😂
Under calories? Very much so. I called a code blue on one of my employees and between that and the house stuff going on, my stomach couldn’t handle anything much past breakfast. I only ate half my lunch and snacked on low fat popcorn. This reminds me of the Divorce Diet, where I got down to a size 3 after my ex moved out. I don’t see that size in my future, but I need to eat the food. I’m the opposite of a stress eater.
