Went in a walk to the grocery store partly for groceries but mostly to get myself out and moving on a holiday.

Ok, I had a really. bad. weekend. I ate worse than I've eaten in 5 months.
Sunday and Monday are pass days, which puts me far out of the winner's circle for this month but that's ok. Looking forward to my new day tomorrow9 -

Upper body workout at the gym, tracked everything and had about 200 calories left at the end of the day. Was a little low on the protein macro, will do better tomorrow.7 -
