Regarding today's post - I told myself that very phrase today "forward is forward". Accomplishing long-term goals take time and I just need to keep moving forward and in the direction of the finish line.

Yes, yes and Yes.... 15 Min Pilates, 45 min on the treadmill.... Stayed well under calories and logged everything... I signed up for my very 1st 5K - It's in 1 month... I'm excited...2

Did I exercise for at least 20 Minute? Yes, i run/jogged for the first time. I was so tired that i slept without logging here. I thought it was intresting that i covered more than 10km but my step counts were less than i expected. It was approx 11000 +.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, i eat a bit more to account for the run.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes2 -

1,504 days & counting. I definitely took the 🐢 approach. Like @cjane78, I noticed so many others “doing better” than me, but then they’d disappear to reappear later - often gaining back most of it.
I’m struggling a bit, but have been reminding myself that I’m losing over time - even if the scale is bumping up & down. That is success.
High of 163 in Jan
Now a high of 159 in Feb (so far)
