This may seem a bit random, but here in Phoenix, Dutch Brother’s is my favorite brew. I’m a wimp in that I buy half caffeinated/half decaf, nothing added, just black.
On the other hand, at home, we brew Costa Rican coffee.
What is your daytime drink of choice?9 -
Love my morning coffee too! While i'm at home i'm either trying different coffees that i collect when i'm travelling or home roasting my favourite beans for that 'prefect brew'. Decided to cut back a few years ago to just 2 cups a day and the rest of the day is just good ol' fashioned water (mostly)!
Exercise today was: Yoga & stretching out before the morning run for 23 mins, running for 40 mins, warming down with a brisk walk for 16 mins.10 -
My favorite morning brew is definitely coffee made in a percolator every morning. Blends differ depending upon my mood and sales. Prefer single source and look for ethically grown. Favorites include Jamaican Blue, Hawaiian, Costa Rican and Sumatra. Use a little organic sugar, yes sugar, and whole milk.
As with my meals the percolator is prepped the night before and ready to go. Nothing like the smell of fresh brewed coffee in the morning.
Rick thanks for keeping us motivated!7 -

Late walk after dinner.
Family meeting with daughters clinician today. All I can say is interesting and there are a number of things that need working through. I am glad I have a psychologist appointment next week.
@RangerRickL. I never liked the taste of coffee. Tea is my drink (also water).
My normal breakfast finishes with English Breakfast tea (black, no sugar). I taught myself to drink unsweetened black tea three years ago when losing weight. Easy when travelling (cup, tea-bag, hot water). Anyone can make it. Hard to get wrong.
At home I've had the same breakfast for years now. Bacon, 2 Eggs (over easy), Multi-vitamin (as my diet is often vitamin poor) and a cup of tea.8 -
Ha, nearly forgot, all meals under the budget, so, day 7 done ! Happy weekend folks!!8

@RangerRickL ...I have never made coffee or tea for myself or my husband in the 47 years we've been married. Neither of us drink either coffee or tea. I do have hot chocolate, on occasion, but more often just water.
Checking out of challenge today as we leave tomorrow morning for the first cruise I may not be looking forward to. We are flying to Singapore and boarding a 17 day SE Asia cruise 2/13 on the Sapphire Princess. Given the Coronavirus, Asia/SE Asia may not be the best region in the world to travel to at the moment. I've been vigilant about watching developments and would really prefer not to end up in the situation of those passengers on the Diamond Princess (quarantine) or Holland America's Westerdam which has been denied access to many of their ports of call. As of today, Princess Cruises has only canceled and reimbursed our cruise to those passengers from or who have transited through China, Hong Kong or Macau...so it is still a "wait and see" matter for the rest of us on the ship; and my best guess is they won't make a final decision for the rest of us until our scheduled day of departure. Wish us luck!
We are supposed to be returning to the US on 3/2...but who knows, this could be just a trip to Singapore and back, again.
Best wishes to all our teammates in the February UAC Challenge!12 -

Morning brew is echinacea tea, courtesy of my DH. The rest of the day I drink decaf coffee, with a glass of water. After dinner, it's a cup of tea. I sweeten hot drinks with a small amount of stevia. I do like an occasional chai latte.

3 x’s yes!
I start every day with 2 cups of coffee and while I adore my locally roasted beans I will just as easily drink commercial brands. I’m not a coffee snob.
We always have fresh brewed unsweetened ice tea in the fridge as well. Sometimes black, sometimes green or my favorite lady grey.6 -

I love the Snickerdoodle coffee at my favorite bagel place (LOVE their bagels too. I know I should cut back on bagels but I just can’t quit the darn things 😍)
At home I like making hot cocoa with cashew milk when it’s really cold.
Herbal tea is the drink of choice at bedtime 😴 💤6 -
Hmmm, we make a brew here of half caffeine and half decaf and I generally add a bit of whole milk or coffee mate but no sugar. Otherwise I like herbal tea with a tiny bit of honey or just water.

I didn’t know there was Dutch Bro’s in Phoenix. We have them here in Oregon and we love them. I’m also a half decaf/half regular coffee drinker and brew it that way at home also. Can not function without my coffee!

Scale was exceptionally friendly today down another 3.2 from last week which put me at an even 60 pound loss in exactly 5 months.
My coffee choice is a medium roast kcup with a tablespoon of sugar free French Vanilla creamer. Use to be a 2 sometimes 3 cups a day, Since starting my fitness quest in September I now am up to 4-5 a day. Would like to cut that back down....need to get back into the water.9 -
Exercise: yes. It included a 45 minute walk.
Calories within goal: yes.
Tracked: yes.
@RangeeRickL: at home I start with freshly ground Caribou coffee with a sprinkle of Vietnamese cinnamon. Then a few cups of crapy coffee at work. I switch to water for the rest of the day. If I go out at night, I’ll order decaf coffee ☕️ or tea. Previously used creamer b4 my life of logging calories.
@W8foal4life: have a fantastic vacation & wish you the best experience with no drama.5
