Tracked my food did 20 minutes of pt exercises and some spin to stretch out the legs.3

I always exercise > 20 minutes.
Tracked all: ❤️
I always track all of my food.
Calories under 2,000. ❌ over by a fair amount
Pass Days: Feb 1, Feb 4...
I did go over at the meal with a close family member, but I never felt too full or nauseous. I exercised in the Morning so if meal started later and/or went longer (yes, both happened), I would have burned calories/revved metabolism.
My takeaway...my eating out habits of almost 34 years will not disappear over night, but now I’m consciously remembering strategies I could use.
Ones I used this time:
Lots of water/decaf coffee
Paying attention to each bite.
Not finishing entree or dessert
I checked the menu/calories in advance.
I forgave myself & got right back on track,
Got my 10K steps in early.
Tracked all.
I will figure this out. Might take a couple of years, but I will. My last bad habit5 -
