My goal this week is to stay within my moderate carb macros as well as getting in some exercise. I also want to strictly track

    hey just joined your group. Also, just started keto on jan 6th. meal planning is the hardest because you have to keep everything within the macros. I did find however a great recipe for cinnamon rolls if anyone was wanting something sweet. keto connect, they are on you tube and have a website with the recipe. I made some last night, so good!

    I'm ready for my clothes to start feeling different. I would have thought after 10lb loss I would. I feel thre same😭 I'm sticking with this though!
