Weight loss is a journey without a destination

I want everyone to know that fitness and health isn't a journey with a destination. The journey IS the destination. I unfortunately fell into this way of thinking. After I reached my target weight I thought I could eat like normal again and gained the weight back as fast as I lost it. Don't be so hard on yourself that you think think it's impossible to eat this way forever. It's better to loses weight slowly and keep it off than lose it fast and gain it right back.
