I decided to start intermittent fasting today but several people tell me there is no benefit to it. That in the long run it will cause me to gain weight. They said it would cause my muscles to break down because it wont receive the nutrients. Now I'm nervous to continue. What should I do?

That doesn't sound like a bad idea! A few people are saying there's no benefit even though some of my friends say they have done it and it has helped. I'm gonna try it out for 2 weeks and see what happens.0

I just finished my IF and I have to say I feel alot better! I woke up with more energy than before. I think I'm gonna enjoy this IF.0

I haven't found any advantages to it. Its just how I prefer to eat because I'm not hungry in the mornings.0
