Forty day challenge

In general I'm a follower of one day at a time , since it has been my habit to go to extrems frequntly biting off more than I can chew (pun intended) :) .. While I still feel this is for me the best way to live sometimes we need a goal to help focus us..

So I am challenging myself to forty days of entering and completing my food and excersise log. The reason for this chioce, I am lying to myself and and everyone who has freinded and supports me on and off MFP..

Would love to see what your fort day challenges might be..

    Since the beginning of the year I've been challenging myself to the specific things:

    Rosary, every day: ✅
    Log my meals: ❌
    Exercise 4 days/week minimum: ✅

    Now I just need to work on that second one

    LOL, I need all three..

    Found an intesting book on working out and prayer done together.. The Rosary Workout by Peggy Bowes.. It was a bit to much for me on whole but got some good take aways from it..
