I am grateful that there was sunshine today (after two days of rain) and DH was able to sit outside and contemplate how he will arrange the garden this year.

Even though I'm at 4 pass days and didn't make the circle, I'm proud that I didn't take a pass day today even though I could have!
Also no alcohol which has been harder to have happen regularly with being shut in and working from home and off of a normal schedule.

Today I barely got 500 calories.
Yesterday I tried to eat a DQ Reeces blizzard to supplement calories but I could not even finish 2 bites. It was hyper sweet.
I did manage to walk this morning for twenty minutes. I feel good and have lots of energy in the morning so thats when I'll get my 20-30. No fever. Coughing a little bit more but controlled.

Calories: Way below.
No passes left.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? .... Kind of, had waterline leak problem and I spent most of the day working on it, sort of exercise. Did not have time or energy for other exercise. Since I have not taken any pass days yet I think I am ok.

Raining all day so I had to get my exercise by moving boxes and sorting though things that got put in the basement when we moved.

I'm so grateful to have found a home and have it almost completely done. So grateful to have a home to stay in while we self isolate
Grateful to have a husband that I want to wake up to.every morning. He still brings me coffee in bed as I try to face the day after 31 years.😉
Last year was crazy with the sale of our house and finding a house before winter.....then breaking my wrist and losing my little sweet Lizzie girl (chihuahua) that same week in December. Thankful to have had such a faithful companion. Thankful to be healing and able to work hard to get things done.
Thankful for the gift of life and each day of life. Thankful to our loving Creator.6 -

3 x Yes for 31st March though. Went out for the 30 minutes we're allowed, did a load of cleaning, as my home help is also confined to her home.
Stayed under calories, easily, as I had little appetite.

Perfect! And I hope others will also post there in the same spirit!
And that still others will at LEAST check there regularly, and leave indicators (or send me PMs ) on what they liked or would like to see, so I can fine tune in on what kinds of posts lift the most spirits.
We are all in the same (basic) situation across the globe ... yet at such different points on the local/personal-circumstance impact timeline.
It's just that in this medium (given no tone-of-voice or gesture cues possible), with so many diverse and emotionally difficult variants out there - I worry about being "read wrong" under the circumstances.

Goodbye to the last month of not taking care of myself and doing the three requirements for this group. Today (4/1) is a reset day for me. Weighed this morning and logged it and will be faithful to the group's three daily requirements. I will be in the WC at the end of April. I have changed my mindset this morning to "control what it is my control, leave the rest to God to control." Love this group and appreciate @RangerRickL's dedication month after month!!4
