Exercise? Yes, 55 minute walk in the park.

    Within my calorie plan? Yeppers.

    Tracked everything? Uh-huh.

Earlier this month I started a morning routine to say one thing I'm thankful for and one thing I'm looking forward to. There are so many things I am thankful for, but I'll list one here that is very important right now:

That my spouse and I are the best of friends and completely enjoy spending every minute of the day together.

NSV - fitbit says that I just earned my "Skydiver badge" related to lifetime total of stairs climbed. What fitbit (or equivalent) badges do you have?

I wonder if there is a "get into orbit" badge if you are at this long enough? B)

Hang in there! Is there someone you can Skype for some real-time "face-to-face" interaction?

I'm thankful that I am 10 years post kidney transplant. Ever day is a gift. Thankul for the health I have. And most especially thankful for a loving Creator who has given me life and a hope according to his word.

I’m only 2-1/3 years but share all of your sentiments.

I’m grateful that my parents had me when they were young, so i’ve had my dad’s wisdom Defoe a long time. Grateful for my curiosity, persistence, and delivery from a lifetime of food cravings . Grateful I truly enjoy creating & nature, deeply!
