Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

In the movie Bridge of Spies, this line has stuck with me.
In this time of worry about disease; politics and more, take a deep breath, then breath it out. That helps!
Worry does not change any outcomes. Breathe in, slowly breathe out. Be grateful for this moment.

@RangerRickL Love it. My Mum's a chronic worrier and my Dad always used to be the practical one: worrying doesn't solve anything, think rather if there's anything you can do about it. I'm like him, but my partner is like my Mum!8

Exercised: Yes (3km walk in 23 mins - hills)
Tracked: Yes
Budget: Yes
Short walk but still home after dark. Will need to start walking earlier.
@RangerRickL.
"Give me the strength to accept the things I cannot change.
Give me the courage to change what I can.
And the wisdom to know the difference."
More true now than ever before.
Will look tomorrow into giving blood. Have not done so before, it can help others, and also myself.

Exercised: A long walk with my dog and neighbor. Just barely beat the rain!
Tracked: Meticulously.
Budget: Just barely, due to a change in schedule. But I'll try to be more vigilant.10 -

Worry does not change anytime. But it steals the joy from you. The "worry warriors" in my area of the world have been buying toilet papers off the shelves I am not sure how toilet papers will help if there is any virus here

Pass #1. Just as I was getting into my stride and thinking this will be my month... I've caught a nasty cold. My kids both have it too so it was a long night with the baby waking at nearly 30min intervals and this morning my daughter threw up on her and me. Not my greatest day. Dosing up on paracetamol but it isn't helping much. Ah well. Apparently sneezing and a runny nose aren't symptoms of coronavirus. Now to get over this and fit and healthy again ready to fight that when it comes.9

life cane be hard .... but
"Just start to sing
As you tackle the thing
That 'cannot be done'
And you'll do it!"
(last stanza of the poem that @craigo3154 quoted a few days back - https://poetryfoundation.org/poems/44314/it-couldnt-be-done by Edgar Albert Guest. )
I finally got my bread machine whole wheat loaf recipe entered .... had to pause and actually get the gm weight for some of the ingredients like bulk barn flour! But now my first slice (duly weighed) HAS been logged!9 -
12th March
We live in strange times... The classical concert in a Dominican Convent I wanted to go to, was cancelled, but outside the Rock Store hundreds of youngsters were queuing to get in. Macron announced the closure of all schools and Universities, but I am examining in a language school in Nice on Saturday. I don't know if my exams at Marseille University the Saturday after will take place or not.
I'm not particularly worried about the health aspects, but normal life seems to be grinding to a halt...
Still, I am doing pretty well: 3x Yes today.
Exercise: Yes, 45 minutes Stretching class and another 70 minutes walking.
Calories: Yes, stayed under.
Tracking: Yes, logged everything.

Very true, words of wisdom.
I hope Tom Hanks and his wife are okay. I read today they have the coronavirus.

Omg! I’m wiped. We had another virus scare today and as the leader of my group, I had to hide my emotions. That is really hard. Exhausting, actually.
I got yes x3, but I ate like crap; still came in under calorie goal, though. Again, not a stress eater, but consumed stuff with calories. 😭
I’ve been in healthcare almost 20 years and I’ve never been as on edge as I’ve been the past couple days.
The scale numbers keep going up and I’m figuring it must be cortisol from stress. 🤦🏼♀️9 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 30 minutes brisk "virtual stroll" along the Cornwall UK coast - thanks to Youtube - with an additional 20 brisk minutes later in the evening.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes - actually ate all that I should have except for the 9 fitbit calories I earned (this may go up as it is still relatively early in the evening, but 6:00 am alarms that feel like 5:00 am come soooooooo early ....
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes - including wrestling with getting my bread-maker loaf properly entered so that it is now trackable (the reason I have one "just-happened day - couldn't guesstimate what a slice "cost" before today)
Days goals met 10
Pass days so far 2 (1 intentional; 1 just-happened)
Chest muscles have opened up again ... back to The Grind tomorrow ....6 -
This was one of those days when I was at the border of my budget and could have made excuses not to work out but because of this challenge I was inspired to get the cardio and strength done and the border got a LOT wider.
Yes x 3
3 passes left.
Have a successful day tomorrow all!

Corona-Crazy... I heard all the hype but I was utterly unaffected. I went to Costco to do my usual biannual stock up of basic household items. Water and toilet paper shelves empty from floor to ceiling... I've never seen Costco so ravaged... Seriously? It a new cold virus which we get every year. The only thing "new" is it infected those most vulnerable - poverty sticken with no easy access to the luxuries that we have on the corner shop. Sorry, totally on tanget...5 -
Exercise? Yeah. Went out for a walk before the upcoming 2 weeks of rain we have forecasted.
Within my calorie plan? Uh-huh. Trying harder to keep in the 1600-1700 calorie range after another unwanted weight drop.
Tracked everything? Yeppers.4 -

I have lost over 1000 this month due to cancellation of travel plans by my clients, and yet...I'm still blessed. I'm ok. My college kid will be on spring break a week longer..much to his delight...except now I can needle him more. lol My youngest is a bit concerned...so having more time to spend with him is a good thing. Of all the bad things about this situation...I'm hoping that more families will find the time, since they are forced to be quarantined...to invest in each other. Dance classes, sporting events, and on...and on... they aren't happening. So - you turn around...and look at the eyes around you. It's a beautiful gift in that sense.7 -

I work for a small association for school districts in California and today was all about the virus in providing them with resources and such. Coronavirus has hit our area pretty hard and everyone's starting to freak out. Even my half-marathon scheduled for this weekend was cancelled. I sure hope this is over soon! Everyone stay safe out there!5 -

@epangili Like your experience with a ravaged Costco, I was in the local Walmart today and saw the same thing. The aisle with toilet paper was empty from the floor to the ceiling. I've never seen anything like it. I almost took a photo and didn't, but now wish I had. Unbelievable.0
