Today, I had 2 dinner meetings back to back after work so skipped lunch to accommodate since I know the 1st meeting almost always has pizza. I had indulged in 2 thin crust slices and lots of water. 2nd one I passed on the beckoning rich creamy pasta and filled up on hot tea but savored a very small portion 1/4 cup of ice cream on one small cookie.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, two hours at the gym, short yoga routine, and body strength/core work and planks/pushups at home. Some walking
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, let my Fitbit log the majority of my exercise and those calories keep disappearing but am definitely under when they're displayed on MFP.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Gah, this question always gets me, I forgot to log the chunk of ginger and mint in my water! I logged my coffee, tea, and spices and forgot that!6 -

Sorry for the stress at work......to lighten the mood I would not suggest Florida right now. We have a 3rd confirmed case of the corona virus in my county.
And, although you're attempting to keep everyone employed it may be time to clean up the department. I always advise those around me that this is a business. It's not going to cry over you so try and not put too many of your emotions towards it. Easier said than done for us empaths but a sad reality when profits are the main focus.
I hope you're able to find a solution that lies within your morals and the company's goals.5 -

Pass Day 2. I had a terrible migraine most of the day and didn't feel up to getting on the computer to log my food. It seems better now.

@Chinkiri 1 cup liquid is approximately 240 ml. But, with liquid, start low and add as needed. It can vary by location and weather.
