    I try to pre-log the night before, so I’m just adjusting for the final tracking. The exercise is almost never included in the total allowed for the day. My resting metabolic rate is 980 calories (I’m 5’5”) ; however, my Diatition told me never to go below 1200. So I have to exercise the difference every day.
