Hi! I can't believe the States doesn't already have a T1D group like this. I hope it's ok for me to join with you in London. I've been diabetic since I was 5 y.o. and now am 63 y.o. I'm trying to lose 20 lbs. and have been a part of MyFitnessPal.com for less than 2 weeks. I've been having a lot of hypoglycemia trying to follow the calorie amount I've been given. What have others experienced?
