- Red Meat (slow cooker)
- Chicken (stir fry)
- Pork (Kerrigans, slow cooker)
- 1 egg (hard boiled and chopped in salad)
- 150g cottage cheese
I also ate nuts, nut butter, potatoes and porridge - these also contain a small amount of protein.
