@RangerRickL @RangerRickL @RangerRickL Sorry for putting this a few times but I did the same last night plus told you the night before I'll be in winner's circile and am not on the list, I've been over one day. I was talking on the phone today to a friend while making dinner and he thinks I'm nuts for not adding oil to my meal because I didn't want to go over today!
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes

Sometimes leaving out a touch of oil is all it takes to lose or maintain our weight.
50 calories over per day X 365 days =
5.2 pound gain for the year.
I remind myself of that as evening draws near.
“One bite won’t hurt”
