Same today. Was waaay below calories the past two days, but came in under goal today but by a few calories. I was hungry. What can I say?
Good to know proper appetite level is returning ... that's a positive!3 -

My tablet's strava app makes this kind of a picture or graph.
Couldn't figure out how to make it into a pic that would port to internet.
So I took a picture of it with my phone.
But we are used to seeing all these "trajectory" pictures on tv that aren't all that uplifting.
But here is some trajectory that I can relate to.
I am beating my march trace handily.
That'd be some exercise calories. Too bad I am eating them all.
(I figured out how to get a screen capture so I put a better picture.)
Soooo, red is April cumulative progress and black is March cumulative progress? VERY inspiring!2 -
I do try and differentiate my days! I refuse to do my washing over the weekend, my Mum calls me after the Church service on Sunday instead of at 8.30 am on weekdays and ...erm ...well, yeah ...4

Stressful day at work again but not to the point of tears this time.
Insane is doing the same thing over again expecting different results. Therefore. I'm experimenting on using the satiate scale to try and talk myself out of it. We'll see how it goes.
Aaaaaaaand .... "training camp is off to a roaring successful first day!"
Where did you find the "satiate scale" ? How does it work?
Thanks coach!
Self evaluation tool for more mindful eating to help determine what level I'm at so when to stop and start eating based on physical, mental, and emotional cues.

@BMcC9. This is a tool to help with emotional eating.
The plan is to listen to your body and STOP eating if you get to 2 or beyond on the scale. Anything higher than 2 and you need not consume any further (irrespective of personal or social circumstances).
It tries to get your brain re-connected with your body's internal signals of when to eat and when not to eat.
Will work for some, but not for others.
Make sure you have good quality food and a fairly balanced diet to follow this on. A lot of processed food is low on satiety, so you don't feel "enough food, light and energetic" nearly early enough.
Pretty sure this would not work for me. However, if it works for you, fantastic. There is never only one right way to lose and manage weight.2 -
The heat is on in Arizona. Rose usually leaves Arizona at the end of April and we drive back home to our farm in IL.
This year is all mixed up. I've been sheltering in place at Rose's condo. Interestingly, we are all learning new things. I was a co-presenter of a Zoom presentation on a book that I co-authored entitled, Don't Let Dementia Steal Everything. There were 100 participant viewers. It was a first for me. I'm used to presenting to live audiences.
Back to the daily report:
Exercise: Active stretching and then a solo fast 65 minute hike and climb to a ridge top nearby. The heart was pumping furiously!! Good cardio day
Tracking: good
Calories: well under the daily limit5
