Today is my wife, Rose's, 73rd birthday. She wants to take a drive the historic Apache Trail highway in the Superstition Mountains. What Rosie wants, Rosie gets!
I'll be back tonight to tuck this day to bed.

Longer walk, finished in the dark.
Had short walk with daughter before my longer walk. With the current restrictions, she is more out of shape than usual. Also her mental state was not good today.

4/19 Daily Post
I have been way too crazy busy with my work being online and have not had the chance to report on my daily post...I have exercised, kept track of my calories and kept track of everything that I ate and drank. I am probably out of the running for the winners circle because I am just now writing this but, I will work on it...starting today.

Hello all!
I apologize for being MIA.
I’m just getting around to thanking everyone in my world who sent me get well cards and calling. I could not answer because I got weaker, lost appetite, got dehydrated and then passed out needing fluid resuscitation. Then got very hypoxic very close to being put on a ventilator and developed pneumonia and respiratory distress. I thank God everyday for being alive, above ground and not underground. I lost a lot of weight about 15 pounds which was NOT in the plan. I need to get my weight back up to Normal. Thank you so much for all who reached out to me. I did read some posts before I became worse. I can’t read al the post but you know who you are and I thank you so much!!!!! Please stay safe and Count your blessings every day!

Much better day. Exercise: just about 20 minutes. Calories: under, although I didn't cook any food, everything was shop bought and ready made. Tracking: Yes, logged everything.
I also swept and mopped my floors, changed and washed my bedding and brought my e-mail Inbox under control. I think I'm back on track.7 -
