Pass Day 3 for me. I chock this one up to 1) lack of sleep 2) worry/slightly down Re: COVID 3) food availability is complicated & I see things when I order on-line that normally I wouldn’t (I only go down certain aisles) 4) working in room next to kitchen as my husband is using my previous space to work from home all day/night.
I’m eliminating foods that I can’t handle & maintaining my weight loss.
I plan to be in the Winner’s Circle.
