    I am grateful for everyone's sharing. Walking seems to be our mutually agreeable go to exercise.
    And today:
    Exercise: 90+ minutes of hiking. I chose to do a steep climb so that I would have some anaerobic moments. It worked
    Calories: under my limit
    Tracking: good
