In our household - "He is risen!"...and I loved sharing the day with my sons and our corgi who looks just like this cutie.
pass day - didn't exercise, kids said I should take a rest day and just relax on Easter...so - that's what I did ;D
- but did track everything and stayed under calorie budget
I will have to backtrack to confirm - but think this is my first pass day.
I LOVE your corgi... so cute... 💕5 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, woke up early to do it.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Think I need my first official pass! I'm a bit confused on the calories because I did the same workout two days ago and was given 800 calorie adjustment from Fitbit and only got 400 today. Anyhow, I'm over by 1 cookie, I walked a mile to make up for it but it's still over.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes10 -

@Hula_79 If you used your exercise calories, it looks like you don't need a pass day. Right?1
