    Created a schedule for the new Adidas Training app I downloaded a few days ago. I'm planning to have Mon-Wed-Fri be 25 min workouts, Sat be 40, and Sun-Tues-Thurs be 10 min stretching. I'm really liking the app so far-- it's motivating but still pretty simple and easy to follow.
