I agree chair exercises are great. I started walking in a saltwater pool then used my recumbent bike. I can do a lot now aside of weights and stair treadmill at gym I'm currently doing low impact routines that are either intermediate to advanced or adding dumbbells to easier routines. Have weights I'm using too but they aren't too heavy. I'm doing lots of YouTube videos!2
