@MadisonMolly2017 created this April 2020 calendar/tracker. It deserves your close scrutiny. Note her delightful manner of emphasizing the importance of being truthful and encouraging with yourself.
I'll post about Pass Days tomorrow, Maddie's art was too important to overlook

I think it is an understatement we were all worried about you. Happy to hear both tests were negative.
I cannot imagine your stress levels. Hopefully you are able to find ways to make it a little more manageable.
I hope you feel better soon!6 -
April 3
Exercised: No
Tracked: Yes
Budget: Yes
Rain when intending on walking. No energy/motivation for bodyweight.
Wife's cataract surgery successful. Can see quite well out of corrected eye. Colors much more vibrant. Needs sunglasses as very light sensitive still.
Daughter now home from care. Had been a good week for her. Likely to have weeks away again in future. Finally found a mental health carer familiar with her condition.Personally bad day for me mental health wise. Emotionally very flat and struggling with motivation to do anything. Not in a good place.
With all going on with family, I should be happy (wife, daughter). Yet I feel hollow. Makes no sense.
Hopefully better day tomorrow.12 -

@RangerRickL Thank you so much! This method is really working for me. Especially this one as I really disliked having the white/blank squares in March’s!! I hope you & your extended family are healthy❣️
Having a completed drawing is becoming an unexpected motivator for me - haha!
@juliemouse83 & @lalabank
I left you messages in April 2 discussion.🦋
@craigo3154
Reading your post yesterday, marveled (so?) at your positive attitude as I read:
wife having surgery,
more tasks falling in you, and
Delivering eye drops for someone who dislikes them,
and your daughter that is loved so much will also add disruptions-
add this to your personal work - which is helpful for sure & awesome you are doing it, but often not easy,
and the coronavirus.
Many of us are having rate or inexplicable emotions right now. We need to care for ourselves at least as well as we care for our loved ones.
What’s one thing you could do today for you?!!
With a big hug

Well.... today had a little set back
I passed out this morning. Thud!
Paramedics were called.
They said that I was severely dehydrated and they gave me 2 liters of fluids. Since all my vitals were good and no distress I didn’t need to go to the hospital. That’s a plus!
Tracked everything
Calories a little better than yesterday
2 passes used

3rd April
Exercise: Yes. 30 minutes walk into town, did my shopping, 20 minutes DVD aerobics.
Calories: Yes, stayed under. I've been enjoying trying out new recipes, lots of time for that now.
Tracking: Yes, logged everything.
A good day. Enjoyed my hour or so in the sun, on my balcony, doing my embroidery (!), listening to a BBC podcast. Cleaning up the front terrace, ready for the sun to appear there too. I might order some new plants online tomorrow.
Lots of love to @nodm and @juliemouse83. Wish you both better.
@craigo3154 I fully understand, got some of those problems too, but I always crash out of MFP and UAC when it becomes too much, whereas you keep posting. I'll remember that next time the going gets tough. Thank you for keeping going.10 -
@nodm I hope you are feeling better now, that does sound horrible..
3 yes's today. It was quite sunny in my part of the UK. In our lock down we can walk outside. I was kidless for a few hours for the firs time in over a week so I just walked out into countryside with my Dog and just kept walking for 6 hrs. I got pulled by the police once because they thought I had driven out but apart from that I had most of the space to myself. It is sureal at the moment.
Stay safe everyone9 -
@juliemouse83 and @nodm Thinking about both of you and sending all my love and support. nodm, I hope somebody is checking on you. If you're alone, make sure you keep a phone in your pocket.
@davert123 What a story about the police questioning you. We have a stay at home order here in Pennsylvania. We're allowed to walk for exercise as long as we stay away from others. My employer gave me a letter to keep in the car, stating that I'm an essential worker in case the police pull me over, but I haven't had to use it yet.

@MadisonMolly2017 thank you for your words of encouragement,
3x’s yes! I snacked heavily this afternoon and had to seriously limit dinner.
I got a half hour early morning run and a half hour afternoon walk. Also had an online one hour yoga class.
Still struggling with hunger but feeling good about my exercise level.11 -
Tracked and logged went for walks today felt good to be outside I don’t believe I met anyone on foot a few people out in cars but not even a dog! Also did some weight work and picked up a few books in store this morning before they become “non essential” how can one classify a book as non essential not in our house anyway stay safe and healthy WASH those hands 🙂9

@SuziQ113 thank you, Love! This made me heart swell in a major way! 😢😁❤️ I think I’m on the mend from whatever this thing is. If it’s COVID? Then let it be mild. If it isn’t? Bonus points for time out from the crazy town that healthcare is right now! 💖❤️💜💙💞

yes, times 3 - have used one pass
Doing cardio kickboxing tonight
Thoughts with each of you. Praying for all by MFP name.
Positive things today -
Tracking every single morsel (good for me...and the not so good...is imperative for me).
My son and I were able to air up tire with in car device and make it to the tire shop for flat repair. We were trying to find some supplies today for others...but for now - we missed the delivery trucks...so when we saw the board at the front of the store stating they were out of everything we were there for...we just went home. ;D
We made a big Easter egg drawing for the front window of the house. Families are doing "drive by Easter Egg hunting" in our area beginning next week. We repainted a cross that says "Jesus Lives" on it and displayed it in the yard. Son got through with school work...and it's a balmy 45 degrees right now...and we had over 80 a couple of days ago.

To all of you (and there are so many more than I can name), thank you! Y’all have NO idea what all your thoughts and comments mean to me! 🌹🌺💜💙❤️💖💫🌙
So...
Today I woke up feeling almost normal. 🤗 fever down, sore throat and chills gone, headache really reduced.
I did do some VR, very light, for about an hour, which was probably too much, too soon.
Log everything? Yes!
Under goal? Not by much, but I was. Given the circumstances of my current situation, I’ve allowed myself to chew on exercise calories, as good eating is important. I didn’t today, but may we’ll need to in the coming days.
It was really pretty outside today, so I read/dozed off and on in my hammock under our Bradford pear tree. Sooo many different birds came to visit! Cardinals, doves, red finches, blackbirds, titmice, chickadees and sparrows! I will do this again tomorrow. 🥰12 -
@juliemouse83 - I’m glad you had a better day!
Friday, 4/3

Calories: under
Exercise: Yes, just a slow walk today
Pass days to date - 06 -
YES to the triple power
1st day of spring break staycation tomorrow!!! Lots of YouTube virtual hikes through national parks for me... But I'm very grateful for more quality time with Jesus and my family and friends plus a break.6 -
Exercise? Yes, a 20 minute walk today, but much slower than yesterday.
Logged and Under? Yes, barely.
I slept poorly last night because I was hungry!! I ate back my "walk" calories but not my "I was on my feet at work and/or stuffing envelopes which also registers as steps" calories, but clearly I should have eaten more. Today I ate back virtually everything and I am still hungry and about to go to bed. I hope I am tired enough that I sleep through the hunger pangs. Wish me luck!9 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 50 min walking, 30 min workout.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, no problem.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes.
It was a good day!
Julie M, best of luck to you. Being on the mend is good, I kind of hope it is a very mild case of the corona virus, wouldn't that give you immunity? I guess I am way outside my expertise on this one. I just hope you are feeling better soon.7 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? And then some!! Too wet to walk outside after supper (we only go after dark, when practically everyone else is inside) So extra walking on the mini-trampoline PLUS finally tried out my brand-new Wii exergame&mat. MORE that 20 minutes total just on THAT - culminated in a 10 minute "go as far as you can, at the speed you are able" "marathon".
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes. I am working on upping early-in the day calories as I figure out Stabilization. An extra 50 calories per day for now - more than that soon. In theory, someone my age and height (on sedentary lifestyle) SHOULD break-even around 1450 or so .... only at 1250 (plus anyexercise calories) just now.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yepper!

So glad you were able to spend some time outside and enjoy the day, it sounds beautiful! Also happy to hear you're feeling better. Definitely eat more, your body needs the nourishment to heal right now.3
