I’m going to try for 30 days this month since stuck at home working. I workout for a break in day. I found some great barre 3 classes on YouTube for free, if interested, I can share the link. They are 30 min and then I do this 10 min core workout 😄

Sure, I'd love to check out the link. I subscribe to Beachbody on Demand, so my workouts haven't changed since I started working from home, but it's never bad to check out something new. I've been mostly doing my workouts first thing before I start my workday, but it is nice to have the option to do it at lunch instead, which I've taken advantage of a few times. This is my fourth week working from home. I suspect I'll be doing this through April. I'm grateful to still have a job. Both my husband and I feel like our jobs are safe, but you never know. Who could have imagined things taking the turn they've taken? Crazy, crazy times. You take care of yourself!

I’m used to a gym and the Barre has been a good change. I’m trying to see the positive. I expect this to go through July at least. And that’s a lot. I work for a nonprofit and do events so, I’m fine now, but I have no clue how long I can count on it and I’d have to take a pay cut if I took another job. Fingers crossed for all of us.

Please, don't let this go through July. I need to get my head screwed back on straight. I've done good keeping up with my workouts, but I've been doing emotional eating and drinking, and that's not good. At all.

I hope not, but being realistic. I’ve been the opposite, my ED kicked back in and I’ve been working back to normal eating. 😿

I did and today was a miss. I thought I set my watch for my workout and didn’t so I worked out again so it wouldn’t screw up my streak. So I worked out for 2 hours. I know.

I did have a good day. It was beautiful and sunny. My oldest son came over and we went for a walk on my lunch hour – while staying appropriately socially distanced, of course. We are going to do it again today, and then I'm going to head down to donate blood as soon as I get off work. That sounds funny to say "as soon as I get off work" when I'm working from home.
