I've revoked access in fitbit but still can't disconnect??

I just had this issue today, and I fixed it just now. Is it possible that you have more than one MyFitnessPal account? Maybe one in the past? Under a different email? If so, you must completely delete that old MyFitnessPal account, revoke access in FitBit under settings>applications, and try connecting it all again. I was frustrated about this for the past few months. I tried this just now and it worked like a charm! Hope this helps!1

Besides great suggestion above - is the error generic with no account names just saying it's already associated with an account?
It may not be yours.
And you won't be able to correct it.
Click on Help - Troubleshoot - email support in the web account. Not sure where it's at on app.
Provide Fitbit serial number as shown on Fitbit side.0
