Feeling like a failure

I had my Sleeve done in December of 2016. I lost a total of 90 lbs. and then the scale
reversed on me
...I kept the weight off for over a year but unfortunately, I have regained 40-45 lbs. I decided to reach out to a Bariatric clinic a month ago and have visited their nutritionist but it seems like no matter what they advised me to do, I cannot seem to get the weight to start coming off. I am back on cholesterol medicine and feel tired all the time. What are things that are helping some of you? Is there hope for us?
