Hey everyone my names Matt. This is sort of a LOL group that I made just to see who else would like to join and share our progresses, frustrations, goals and gains. Only thing I ask is try to keep the topics on par with MFP in some way I would like to help others out there feel inspired or encouraged while spending their time here, thanks! P.S.
