    Exercise: 8O minutes of desert hiking and up a steep path to a ridge top. I love it up there!

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - lots and lots of exergame plus wonderful outdoor-walking weather has set in relatively long-term.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? What with my newly bumped-up (by only 50) daily calorie level, I left most of the exercise calories uneaten. Still working on how to responsibly add more to my breakfasts / lunches / maybe afternoon snack even though I am am not hungry / looking for any.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    Days goals met: 16
    Pass days used: 2 (1 pre-planned; 1 unintentional)
