5/10/20: pass day. I’m pretty sure I stayed within calories when I was tracking. I had zero oomph to exercise yesterday and just needed to listen to my body.

Logged my food stayed under did 21 minutes of spin covered 5.1 miles felt good for a change. Have been able to refocus my priorities the last week or so need to be viligilant about Covid but not be so focused on it. I just wish more people would do what they need to do and quite complaining about their right not to wear a mask it’s my right not to get your germs too!! Watch and see what happens if they get sick the world will have to stop!8

Been painting today. Went to work to do payroll and inventory and came home, finished the bedroom and started the living room. Accent wall needs one more coat, then I’m calling it a night. 334 minutes and counting.

Today was a stressful day. Our fur baby last night couldnt walk all of a sudden. We took her to the vet. Shes got 2 disc that are causing nerve issues. Hopefully with rest and her meds it will get better. So other then having to carry her everywhere. I didnt do exercise. I did eat ok and tracked.15 -

@KCJen The bigger point of the UAC is to help us establish healthy habits. The winner's circle is just the carrot to try to get there. Nobody is disqualified from participating.

Pass day 2
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, walking around for an hour. This was a rest day for me. I took coffee and my laptop out to the nearby national park and worked in my car by the rocks and wild grass. Very peaceful and soothing.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No. After I posted my food diary, I had some yogurt and blueberries that sent me over budget.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? No9 -

This is why I love the habits the UAC instills in me:
I pre-log my food partway through the day and see that since my Blue Apron dinner cooking is a larger meal, at 800 cal, I will need to do more than just 250 steps an hour and my 25 min calisthenics workout to stay under (at least if I want wine and an alfajor cookie as well). So I make plans with my husband to go on a post-workout walk. We walk about 50 min, I end the day with 10.5 k steps and stay under by more than 50 cal. That's the UAC encouraging me to move more so I can stay under!9 -

Got up at 5:00 a.m.
Amazingly, Rose got up and went hiking with me for about 90 minutes. She is not usually an early morning person.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, another day of chair YouTube videos, yoga, and upper arm strengthening. My legs still feel bad despite doing arm cardio instead of full body chair cardio, I'm feeling frustrated, can handle the muscle pain but it's increasing my nerve damage pain and it's getting harder to ignore the longer it goes on.

@RangerRickL Glad Rose went hiking with you, that's one of the few ways of exercising that I prefer to do with a partner. I've been talking to a guy from high school who made the mistake of saying he'd love to work out with me, I'm thinking of hiking too!9 -

;D Stressed around here today. My son is so anxious about going outside...even to walk...with a mask on. Trying to be understanding...but encourage him to move past it. We social distance...so he has to move forward. Anyway - got him to do some K-Nect sports stuff for a bit. I did my zoom zumba class.9 -

Morning run and a busy day at work. Last day of our shift so we have to make sure everything is clean and disinfected for the next team. Got home in time for coffee and a snack before zoom Jiu Jitsu but in the last 5 minutes of the class my brain turned to mush. I couldn't remember how to do the one move and my house mate and I ended up laughing for the rest of class because I just couldn't get it right. 5 days off now so lots of time to do yoga as well. And I promised my house mate were could do some pad work (she loves hitting things and holding pads for her will help my shoulder strength.)7
