Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? A glorious 5 mile run outside this morning -- the mornings are perfect right now!
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and way under
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!7 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? I've been doing seated workouts this last week to recover from overdoing it with all the low impact stuff that burned out my calves. I've found some really good ones, then lift weights and do a stretching routine.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, still trying to figure out Fitbit calories, what I'm actually burning, and how to balance it all in maintenance.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Every last bit!8 -
Yes x 3
The haircut looks nice! My first one looked pitiful!😂 However, I've been cutting for over 20 years (7 sons and their father), so it's improved!

Working on that.
btw. contraindications are not side effects, they are actually medications that actively clash.
The 3rd AD has no contraindications against the other medications I an taking (asprin, statins).
I am likely to start the 3rd AD in a couple of weeks (once the current AD is fully out of my system). The reported hypercholesterolemia is a less than 1 in 100 observed side effect (so uncommon). All comes down to risk vs return.
Hopefully I experience no side effects I cannot live with AND it is effective to doing what it's supposed to do.
I will get a blood pressure monitor to ensure that the low blood pressure common side effect (greater that 1 in 100) is also not experienced. I prefer to rely on measurement, rather than feel.9 -

Have a great day tomorrow all!

This was my walk!!thanks for the giggle! I really don’t mind the uphill so much as dreading the impact on my aging body on the way down. I love hiking so much but it can be a killer on the knees.
Walking in an Escher sketch ?
