No internet yesterday and most of today. 38 hour scheduled outage that we were never informed about. Also, there is no mobile coverage in the house, so alternate forms of connectivity were also unavailable. Unable to go anywhere (government COVID restrictions) and blocked from working as well. Mentally, personally, I did not cope well as I feel I should.
Weather was OK, but with trying to hold myself and the family together when most of the regular communication and entertainment options are unavailable was a strain. Ran out of available time to walk, and unable to get started on bodyweight.
Looking also to change medication as current one is not doing what it is supposed to (not that I, or my family can tell). Not having side-effects, but also not helping modify my moods.
Hopefully a better day tomorrow.15 -
Morning run followed by yoga then a trip to the shops. We are allowed to buy clothes now and I got a great deal on super comfy pajama pants! Afternoon nap because I missed my Sunday afternoon one and then Jiu Jitsu class before supper.
All food logged and well under my calories.
Have to go out of town tomorrow to collect more fish for the animals so I need to get up early to fit in my run.13 -

Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yesI had a virus test this morning because I have a few symptoms that are probably just exhaustion and maybe allergies. Now I'm confined to my property until I have the test results, which should take 2-3 days. Total lockdown is a strange experience.
I slept most of the day, thought sunset was sunrise, and fed the cat another breakfast -- he gets wet food once a day and was thrilled to get another special meal.11 -

Tempted to stress eat several times nut took several stress walks, got 20 minutes of sun, laughed with a colleague about the quirksof our profession, took several dance breaks to toby mac eye'm all mixed up, dressed up in my snug skirt (even though working at home) and reminded myself of my Starbucks compliment a gentleman blessed me with. The stuggle IS real. Success is vigilant work. Keep it up everyone!11 -

Yes X 3, had to do indoor rowing for 20 min, too cold/rainy, I couldn't motivate to go outside, got the woodstove going instead and read most of the day. Logging has really helped me get back on track, I even had some calories leftover for a change. Thanks for this challenge, it's just what I needed. Keep it up all.9
