Hi everyone. I'm here looking for some mutual support and encouragement to get to a healthier lifestyle. I gained a lot of weight caring for my Mom for 7 years. I'm trying to undo the damage I did to my health, weight, and self-esteem. We are in a unique time, where we cannot connect with others in real life so I'm turning to the virtual world to get that support. Here's hoping we can uplift each other. I don't know why my pic is sideways as I uploaded it as an upright picture. So, who knows but for now, I remain sideways. Support was no help.
