I subscribe to a newsletter from these folks:
http://runnersconnect.net
and they send out a steady stream of promos. I have not purchased anything from these folks so I'm seeking opinions.
A promo email came in this AM with a link here:
https://improverunningform.com/#
It's $69 if I buy it in the next few days. Having read a fair amount about form, I have an understanding of a small percentage of running form and the gait cycle but this appears to be a soup to nuts "program". Further, in addition to reading about the topic, it looks like there's a lot of video. Personally, I find it much easier to "do it like they did on TV" than translate a description into physical movement.
Also, it's got a money back guarantee.
Anyone care to share their thoughts on this?
Thanks.

if you buy it and don't like it you can return it? I would buy it then, never know when you may learn something.0

I'm thinking that the moneyback guarantee is a strong selling point And that'll probably convince me to take the plunge.
I'm sure all learn quite a lot. Good running form has a lot of small components that need to mesh together and even if you've looked at a lot of videos when you find another one it's going to have a different perspective on running form.
Since making the original posting, what I've come to realize is that my hesitancy is actually based on the fact that there is a money back guarantee. To whit, if I do return it I don't want the company to think that I simply made a copy of the DVD and sent it back. :-)
Okay, that's enough! I've talked myself into it! :-)0
