My goal for the week was to get back on track with my workout routine, watching what I ate and keeping track of the food and drink that I had...basically getting back to my groups on Myfitnesspalapp and being accountable. I am not going to make any more excuses. I need to get back on track0

I am lost weight but last week my weight went up so I am still on a roller coaster....usually I like roller coasters but, not this one.0
