@jugar @Beka3695 Not sure which of you handles this...and it's completely possible that I'm crazy, but it doesn't appear to me that the "in the green" chart for Trimstones is looking at the correct lines. For instance, the first person listed is "schlerin" who's on line 6, however her "in the green" computations are looking at figures for line 7, not 6. I'm thinking cell x6 should be looking at computations for F6, not F7, as to whether it's to be counted or not (if above zero)...

    Can you please check?
    Thanks,
    Jessica

OK - that was weird. No idea how or why that happened, but it is fixed now. Several of the teams were like that. Hmmmpf. Thanks for noticing!!!

    Happy beginning of WEEK 3!

There were many NWI this week, and I have moved all the "double NWI" people to the drop list. If they return, there is no problem to put them back in action! If any of them seemed really enthusiastic or particularly lost at the beginning, try to get in touch with them and see if they want to continue.

Of course, this means we'll have to start thinking about recruiting :grimace: Encourage your team members to invited friends. That often works better than bringing in lots of newbies who sign up for too many things and then disappear.

It was a good week with lots of small losses, though. Five out of six teams were over 50% green - the best overall for a while. Keep it up!

I will be adding a new section to the spreadsheets and a new chat thread this week. These will be for those who have arrived at their maintenance zone and will no longer be actively losing. We want them to stick around and provide a great example and hope to the members who still have a way to go to reach their goal. Maintenance is not easy, and the same tools used for losing are important, so it will be great if some of our long-term teammates who finally get there will stick around and not have to come back later after re-gaining some of what they lost. Let me know who on your team will qualify! (now or soon)

@jugar your sister’s total steps are not computing on our spreadsheet. Is the formula missing from that last cell?

I’m waiting on Steph and Kristi for their steps too, so no rush.

I'll check - sometimes in the transfer from one month to another, the formulae go astray. I don't know why, but it is easy to fix, at least.

@jugar Please remove the NWI and replace with EXC for ac204/Team TrimStones. Her Mother passed away on 5/8 and she's been dealing with her care, funeral, family since that time. I'll keep in touch with her and she's emailing me her weigh in soon and I'll update the chart. She weighed in but hasn't been online to post due to the above. Thanks, Jess

Heading into the last two days of the May Challenge!

Please check over your support team and ask anyone who might be coming back for June if they are or not please.

    Thanks!

June spreadsheets to be shared Friday. The new section for maintenance will be there, so let me know if anyone on your team is already in the maintenance zone! There are some I know about, but others who need to be identified. If you have any of them, please ask them to define their "zone" - usually a spread of around 5 pounds that is considered "at goal".

@jugar Please switch DillyG08/Team TrimStones from Sunday to Saturday for weigh ins in the month of June. I would have done it myself, but the link nor the email hasn't gone out for the June spreadsheet access. Sorry to bother you when you're busy with registrations for the month. Jessica

Not a problem! I will get the spreadsheets out tonight - just adding all the new folks and getting starting weights in as much as possible. Thanks!

@jugar Please move Simbersea/Team TrimStones to maintenance mode for June. She hit goal this week!!!!

Also, please remove foxcc and skrowe88 for non-participation...no answers to queries at all and no step reports...just dropped off the planet it seems. Thanks!
