Today I ran the entire 5km Hill route for the first time. Then I walked up to visit my nieces and nephew and back. Evening was Jiu Jitsu class and then my housemate convinced me to do coach's torture session (daily workout) before we got to yoga. 45 minutes of hectic training, but I did most of it with her. Will see how I feel tomorrow.
Food was well below budget (I find I eat less when I'm training hard) and except for a couple of cookies when I visited, good options.
Took my blood pressure this morning and it is back within the ideal range. It has been slightly elevated since I donated my kidney so I'm happy to see it dropping to normal as my fitness improves and weight gets back to fighting level.16 -

Yes/yes/yes for goals today, despite feeling really tired and not up to much. I took myself out for an hour’s walk and feel better for it. Checking in early because I’m going to have an early night instead of hanging out in the kitchen!9 -

Another triple Yes day.
Exercise: Yes, went swimming again this morning, great! and did over an hour's walking, some of it to the cinema and back! They are open again with lots of restrictions, but how amazing to see a film on a proper screen again, with other people around! How we used to take these things for granted!
Calories: Yes, stayed under. My fridge is now clean again, so I can put in some of the delicious seasonal fruit and vegetables we are lucky to be able to buy here. I'll get cherries and asparagus tomorrow and big red juicy tomatoes.
Tracking: Yes, logged everything.11 -
Three yeses from me today and lots of exercise...45 mins yoga, a 50 min dog walk with my husband, a 45 min bike ride with my son and another hour walking in the evening. Hungry work...but I tracked and stayed under calories.

Oh my goodness!!! I didn't know that. What a selfless act of love and absolue kindness. I just went today for my transplant checkup. My bloodwork was great and my transplant Doc said it was functioning as well as a new kidney. That is rare especially with a cadaver kidney. I've had my transplant for 10 years in August.
Thank you for being a donor. Words cant express my admiration for you. Good to hear your health is improving. Man, it sounds like you are super active...Way to go😉11 -

We are renting a cabin on Lake Barkley for a few days. I had a Dr appointment in Nashville and needed to check on some of our business accounts in West KY. We really needed a change of pace....wish we could stay longer. With the virus still around we felt it would be prudent not to stay with friends.

Yes, yes, yes. Took a 30 min step and tone class in the AM and chased after my toddler in the park for an hour in the evening. Getting a Fitbit has been a good move for me. I felt tired after the days work and wanted to skip the evening walk but my low step count nudged me in the right direction. Small victories!8

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 130 minutes, cleaned the rest of my gutters, weeded, cut shrubbery, raked part of my lawn, and bagged debris. Went out a little after 7:00 a.m. and two hours later had to retreat inside because the temperature was 90 F.

Exercise: Active Stretching before any other workouts. 15 minutes. Horse training this morning. The horse had all 4 feet on the ground and I had two feet on the ground and we covered a lot of territory as we worked on lateral flexion exercises. 45 minutes. He was not tired. I was huffing and puffing

have been tracking my sleep...and guys/gals...it's motivating me to go to bed...lol I am a night owl by nature...LOVE STAYING UP... but I KNOW it reeks havoc on my life so that's been a goal... Lo and Behold... it's having a very positive impact on my attitude, food choices, overall motivation.... I highly recommend getting a tracker if you don't have one.6 -

It was kind of a day where I never got anything done that I had planned. Sitting down and logging my food just now, I see that I am in good shape with my exercise and calories for the day. This helped end my day on a much brighter note. Happy Monday!7 -
Pass day #4 so out of the Winner's Circle for this month
Today I did my 25 min of bodyweight exercises but didn't go on a long walk. On Saturday and especially Sunday my heel started hurting which I think is due to having so many long walks each day. So I'm taking a few days off. My goal is tomorrow to try biking since that is lower-impact.
Although to be fair, a big reason why I was over today was due to making myself a pisco sour which was 200 cal6 -
