    Food was well below budget (I find I eat less when I'm training hard) and except for a couple of cookies when I visited, good options.

    Took my blood pressure this morning and it is back within the ideal range. It has been slightly elevated since I donated my kidney so I'm happy to see it dropping to normal as my fitness improves and weight gets back to fighting level.

    Such a selfless act! Very inspiring to see you remaining active. You rock!
