What are your favorite outdoor exercises?
Mine are horsemanship activities; kayaking; and hiking
What about you?

My exercise of choice is an indoor option but I do enjoy a number of outdoor exercises. I only run outdoors (I don't like treadmill) and I love anything in nature especially involving the beach, including hiking and ocean swimming.
Today was pass number 1. Exercise was Pilates and Jiu Jitsu and yoga and I logged everything but I was over on calories. We celebrated housemates boyfriend turning 40 with a great dinner and I also had a chocolate which pushed me over. It was definitely a valid reason to go a bit over budget.
Excited for tomorrow as I'm going to do some real Jiu Jitsu with one of our upper belts who has mats overlooking the ocean! And catching up with his family!7 -
I love jogging outside. Don't really do much other sport outside - I'm a bit of a loner when it comes to exercise.
Today was a yes on all three.
Exercise was a 50 minute run /walk. About half of it was running (23 minutes). And a 45 minute deep stretch yoga video.
I ate too much crap though.8 -
I love running outdoors but I'm injured at the moment so sticking to the walking. I love exploring new places on foot - if i go on a city break i just walk and walk and walk. And I love a bit of tennis (but I could really do with some lessons as my kids are actually better than me now!).
Today is a YES for all three!! And the exercise was 45 minutes of Pilates and a 6km walk.

Yes, yes, yes - on track today. I went for a walk in the sunshine which was nice. Normally hillwalking is my favourite exercise, but that's not really possible right now, hopefully soon.8

Exercise? An hour of VR; boxing really gets the aggression out, lol. Prelogged everything and came in under goal. Itās really hot here, today, and so it begins; the summer season of very light eating and tons of fresh veggies!
My favorite outdoor exercises are swimming and walking the beach.9 -

Exercised?: Yes - 35 minute walk
Calories?: Yes. 1,304
Tracked?: Yes.
I must admit this challenge is making me think about my calories more which is a good thing. We usually have our weekly dessert on a Sunday after a big roast however my usual "low calorie" dinner is a Saturday night so instead of having that dessert tomorrow ive brought it forward to today so i can still be under my allocated calories for both days.8 -
YesX 3. As for enjoying activities I enjoy outdoors, I was at one point an avid backpacker and enjoy just about everything that gets me outside.5

I enjoy walking out in nature. Sadly,my walking buddy wont be able to go with me anymore. Even tho she is able to walk since she was told she has 2 bulging disc. She get tired easily. When I take her out for her yard walks of 3-6 mins. She has to rest at least once, sometimes twice. I walk her 3 or 4 'xs. I know she loved her walks with me. In normal life I enjoy walking or biking outside, though on vacation I like things like frolicking in a lake, hiking, ziplining, scuba diving, etc.
Today I actually did 3 different exercises, 2 of which were outside! I went on a 100 minute 7:30 am walk with my husband (I was supposed to be sleeping in, but woke up and said, "Should we go for a walk before it gets hot?") and then when I got back I checked my phone and found a text from a friend asking if I wanted to bike down with her and her kids to downtown where the big protests are happening (we stayed on our bikes rather than enter the giant crowds due to Covid-19 precautions) so I joined her midday and we did maybe 9-10 miles roundtrip?. After returning, I skipped my 25-minute leg workout for obvious reasons, but decided to push myself and still do my 25-minute arm/upper body workout.
Ended the day burning a ton of calories and only used about half of them.
Not sure I even recognize myself...9 -
Yes x 3 for Saturday

Favorite outdoor activities by far dog walking with husband, tennis and hiking. Today we enjoyed two walks, and a vigorous hike. Dog was overheating even in the mild weather so we had to turn around. Still got a good 50 min hike in there.6 -
