I don’t menu plan normally but today, I entered the food that I was going to eat today in the Food Tracker all the way down to the snacks. It has worked really well looks like a habit to continue.

    Definitely use the tracker to your advantage! It helps with being able to plan for your week and also anticipating when you may need to budget for certain things in your schedule. Great job on starting with that :)

    I always journal my food. I feel that is so important in losing. It's too easy to ignore little bites or snacks if you don't write it down. Of course I'm a calorie counter too, so I like to see that I'm staying within my goals. I also like to see the other nutrient goals. I don't enter ahead of time most days but I generally eat the same pattern. 300 cal breakfast, 500 cal lunch, 800 - 1000 cal dinner and maybe a snack if I have left over calories.
